Facilities & Infrastructure

Prime’s site is approximately 10,000 sqm. This includes the following:

• Offices for admin, accounting and management. 
• Warehousing for raw materials,
  packaging, consumables, bulk, work-in-progress,
  and finished goods. With receiving and dispatch areas.
• Production lines (16 currently) include
  tubes (4), bottles (3), jars (2), talc (1),
  perfume (1) aerosol cans (1), lip balm (2)
  and kits (2).
• Dispensing area for Raw materials and a Picking
  area for Packaging.
• Quality Assurance and Control Laboratories,
  retention store and quarantine / holding areas.
• Research and Development Laboratories.
• Canteen, Change rooms and Ablutions.

   

Our factory is located at the NECSA Eco-Industrial site situated some 35km west of Pretoria.

The facility is fully serviced with all the necessary requirements.

Positive pressure with regulated temperature and humidity production areas.

Services include single and 3-phase power, clean dry compressed air, steam boilers and water chillers provide for heating and cooling the manufacturing vessels.

Water is processed through a de-ionising plant with ozone purification to give the highest water quality necessary for the manufacture of the various cosmetic products.

We are provided with the best safety, security health and environmental systems, with a medical centre and fire department close at hand.

All buildings have smoke detection and alarm systems to a central monitoring control room.

There is full access and egress monitoring to the main site.
