We specialise in the efficient toll manufacture of cosmetics, toiletries and fragranced which include such products as sunscreens, lip balms, gels, creams, lotions and powder.
 
We have also commissioned a dedicated facility producing Stabilised Sodium hypochlorite based disinfectant (Milton).

The Manufacturing Department of Prime Product Manufacturing is well equipped for the manufacturing of colloidal solutions i.e. sols, emulsions, gels.
 
A wide variety of products ranging from powders, shampoos, creams, lotions, scrubs, alcohol containing products, gels, sticks and sun protection products are manufactured.
 
Batch sizes vary from 50kg to 5000 k, both hot and cold processing.
 
The manufacturing department in collaboration with the research and development department make a team that through their combined experience, knowledge and skills yield products of an extremely high standard conforming to excellent cleanliness, microbial standards and rigorous quality control.
