We can manufacture and fill the equivalent of 10,000 bullet lip balm and 40,000 hot fill oval type lip balm/lip gloss equivalent.

Aerosol, between 7000 and 8000 cans can be filled and packed daily with the capability to water test, label and inkjet batch number and expiry date.

The average unit output is 40,000 standard units daily on a single shift of 8 hours (7H30 to 16H30) the daily output on Lip balms is 12,000. Therefore this is approximately 35% of the available capacity on an 80/80 productivity and efficiency.

We have a capacity of 25,000 units on 4 filling lines and 35,000 per day on the 4 tube lines.

We can manufacture in excess of 10 tons of cold product and 10 tons of hot product per day.

We have the capability to manufacture batch sizes from 50kg to 5000kg, hot or cold.

Powder Blending

We can produce 750kg of blended powder per day. We can also pack and label powdered product, with a typical capacity of 7500 X 100g units.
